We are looking for dedicated and ambitious senior growth marketers, experts, and consultants to work with us on many long-term growth projects in tech industries. This position suits someone with exceptional analytical skills and deep knowledge of advertising channel management in B2B digital projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, marketing communications, information systems, statistics, or a related discipline,
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, and also Google Docs and CRM tools like Hubspot, Zoho, Intercom, Pipedrive
• Experience in setting growth strategy, execution of growth funnels and creating effective growth tactics
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, media buying and other related ad platforms, email marketing and search engine optimization
• Growth marketing or advertising agency experience (a plus)
• Any performance marketing experience (a plus)

What You'll Do:

• Working closely with growth consultants and experts, agencies, product, marketing, sales teams, and start-up founders, and taking responsibility for many different projects (most of them are B2B and SaaS) supporting them on all of the digital marketing actions
• Optimizing website for search engines (on-page SEO)
• Developing keyword and content strategies for our clients
• Analyzing digital marketing campaigns and designing next-step growth tactics
• Exploring and analyzing competitors’ websites and online marketing initiatives
• Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Managing marketing automation actions and pipelines on CRM tools
• Managing email marketing database and campaigns
• Performing A/B for different variables and conversion rate testing
• Helping build creative assets and email campaigns
• Right positioning on social media channels and making them lead magnets with a tactical-based approach
