Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs.
- 2+ years of professional experience in creating graphics, animations, and videos.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
- Knowledge or experience in start-up is an advantage
- General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking
- Tech-savvy
Here’s What You Will Be Doing:
- Create captivating single images or carousel images for our digital and traditional channels
- Produce short videos, animations, and GIFs.
- Design visually engaging images for our website
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Collaborate with marketing team and copywriters to bring visual ideas to life from concept to execution and iterate based on feedback from team members and partner
- Continuously, follow, discover and implement trends and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
