We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Executive who responsible for large and medium companies.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive sales within defined territory
  • Achieve and exceed monthly set and agreed goals
  • Responsible to sale to the companies with 1000+ employee
  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Engaging with customers via telephone, email and face to face meetings.
  • Building long lasting relationships with senior management of customers.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an sales team
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

    

    Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in solution sales in technology & services domain, preferably HR software sales;
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • Preferably experienced in technology verticals (SaaS, CRM, ERP or similar business organizations)
  • Proactive personality
  • Creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to sell large scale and complex systems to key accounts
  • Strong knowledge of the competitive products, solutions and sales tactics
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent communications and analytical skills
  • Active driving license
  • Fluency in english
