What Will You Do?
Growth hacking is one of the most important positions that will take the product position to the next level in fast-paced startup companies. You will be responsible for;
Analyzing the marketing strategies of the competitors, their advantages & disadvantages
Looking for untouchable fields of the target market, taking actions to be positioned, and leading the concepts as Werk
Carrying out all kinds of marketing activities to reach the right people at the right place by highlighting the competitive features of the product.
Running the content marketing actions to reach target people and creating how to's to direct existing customers for best practices of the product
Managing all social media accounts, creating creative and logical content for lead generation and demand generation
Creating and arranging growth funnels for segmentations
Outbound marketing activities to generate leads
Managing email marketing campaigns by creating sales-based flows
Analyzing all kinds of gathered data to predict future actions and planning the next steps
Always looking for new partnerships to collaborate and build new relations
Managing customer relations, carrying out user interviews to collect valuable feedback and their needs
Fluent English is a must
Having experience in marketing, product, sales, or similar positions
Data-driven marketing approach
Ability to work not only remote but also asynchronously
Having experience with marketing technologies and tools such as Google services, CRM tools, SEO tools, etc.
Understanding the customer approach and market dynamics
Nice To Have
Experience and knowledge of No-Code tools such as Webflow
Experience about fundraising processes
Having knowledge/experience about product-led marketing, lifetime deal offers, and Producthunt launches
